Classes are performed inside ARRI Fitness, located in McAllen, TX. It is a four-week program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. The fun training classes create a community and will have you making new friends and building stronger bonds. The group dynamic of these sessions helps keep you motivated as the weeks progress. NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.
The group fitness classes are structured so people of the same or similar fitness levels can work out together, becoming teammates in their shared weight loss or fitness journey. By working out in a group, you’ll develop camaraderie with your other groupmates and push one another to greater heights. You won’t ever feel intimidated or get left behind. This also allows people of all fitness levels to comfortably partake in my group classes. There’s no judgment or criticism. Only hard work and determination. Though a sense of humor is always welcome.
As you overcome obstacles and challenges together, you and the other members of your group will develop a strong bond with one another. Once you guys begin achieving your goals and start to see results from all the hard work you’ve been putting in, the reward will be even sweeter since you’ll have a tight-knit group you can share these successes with. By battling your demons together and celebrating each other’s accomplishments, you’ll develop friendships that will last a lifetime or further strengthen the ones that you came into the class with.

We all know that nutrition is extremely important when it comes to achieving our weight loss or fitness goals. But too many personal trainers forego giving their clients nutrition plans that will help them reach those goals. They figure it’s too much work. Not me. I take the time to understand your schedule and how your life is structured so the nutrition plan and exercise schedule I create for you is realistic and doable.

2. Orientation and measurements will take place on a weekend before the Camp begins and you will be notified of the place, time and location via email or text.

The group fitness classes are available at 5:30AM, 9:30AM and 6:30PM.
Everyones results vary by commitment in following the meal plan and their attendance to all the classes. Those who attend the 5 Day/Week will have the Best Results
