The Body Engineer provides 1-on-1 semi-private personal training and personalized nutrition programs for those in McAllen, TX and the surrounding areas. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or improve your fitness level, Isaac has a program for you. Each program is tailored specifically to each person based upon their goals and current capabilities. They can either be executed in our gym or at your home, whichever you prefer.

The main reason I got into personal training is the joy I get from seeing my clients transform and change their lives. Seeing someone become empowered and change the course of their life for the better is a truly remarkable feeling. A lot of personal trainers will simply provide 1-on-1 training without providing their clients the nutrition plans they need to succeed. With nutrition being more than half the battle when it comes to reaching your weight loss or fitness goals, these other personal trainers are doing their clients a disservice. I provide my clients with in-depth personalized nutrition plans that are tailored to their specific fitness goals, helping them achieve these goals quicker. Once you have the knowledge my nutrition plans provide, you’ll be able to institute these changes into your everyday life and reap the benefits they provide for years to come. 
 

Tailored exercise programs based on your fitness level and goals

All of my exercise programs are tailored to meet the varying degrees of fitness my clients possess. But that doesn’t mean they’ll be easy! I’ll push you to your current limits and encourage you to set new milestones for yourself. By unlocking the power of your body and its amazing capabilities, you’ll begin executing exercises that you never thought you could. And if your fitness goals are focused on becoming the next NPC champ, I’ll provide you with everything you need to achieve that dream. As a former NPC champion myself, I understand the dedication and sacrifice it takes to reach those heights. It may be a tough road to travel, but I promise the destination is worth all the blood, sweat, and tears it takes to get there.

Regular check-ins and progression photos help hold you accountable

One of the toughest things about trying to lose weight or getting in better shape centers around accountability. If there’s no one holding you accountable for your fitness, you can revert back to your poor habits that got you in trouble in the first place. I provide all of my 1-on-1 personal training clients with regular check-ins where we discuss the progress that has been made and work through any challenges they’ve been facing. I also require weekly photos which help show how your body has been progressing since the previous week. By doing these two things, I can ensure that you are making strides every week whether it be by losing weight, inches, or visible changes to your body composition. We can also address and correct any mistakes you may have made since we last spoke right away.
 

How my 1-on-1 semi-private personal training works

1. You will fill out the PAR-Q (physical activity readiness questionnaire) listed below under SIGN UP TODAY.  This will help me create a program for you based on your goals, habbits and much more.

2. Then we schedule your first visit and perform a Body Composition scan, review the program and take baseline measurements.

3. We start training!

4. Bi-Weekly Check-In's.  We perform follow-up measurements, body composition scans and submit photos so we can closely keep track your progress.

Frequently Asked Questions

My 1-on-1 semi-private personal training sessions are held at ARRI Fitness in McAllen.

The training sessions last anywhere from 45 to 60 minutes in duration. If you show up late to your training session, we can still get an amazing and intense workout done in 30 minutes which will motivate you to not show up late for your next appointment.

The only true answer to this is that there is no answer, because everyone’s body responds differently. Some have lost 25 lbs a month for 4 months and others have lost 3 lbs a month for 10 months. The only way to find out how much weight you can lose, is to start training with me and follow the program I put in place specifically for you! Rest assured that all principles for efficient and permanent weight loss will be applied to ensure you achieve progress every single week.
