You get the best of me! Everything you need to know to WIN, all the secrets, the right supplements at the right time, daily or weekly communication and coaching. This program is suited for extreme fat loss and muscle building that requires discipline and consistency to achieve maximum results in a short period of time. Expect to train 5 to 6 days a week, 2x a day. Morning and afternoon workouts. Cheat meals are not allowed until certain milestones are achieved.
A hormone panel is a blood test that’s done with your doctor that includes estrogens, progesterone, testosterone, thyroxine (T4) and more. This test is to ensure you don’t have any hormonal imbalances that need to be addressed. Hormone imbalances can be detrimental in any weight loss or muscle building program and will slow or stop your progress. It is also recommended to have an essential or expanded health check, a blood test for men or women, to check for diabetes, liver, thyroid, kidney function and vitamin deficiency. If you have any of this testing performed, your doctor will make adjustments and prescribe you the needed medication. I will also review the lab results with you and recommend any vitamin cocktails to maximize your results.
